Your privacy is of great importance to us. We do everything we can to protect your data. To offer you services and to guarantee our service to you we do need some personal information from you. Yourholding B.V. processes this personal information because you use our products and/or because you provide us this information yourself.
Yourholding B.V. processes data for the following purposes:
• Providing and billing our services;
• Sending our newsletters;
• Processing your orders and keeping you informed about the status of these orders;
• Storing customer details in our database to be able to execute the agreement between you and Yourholding B.V.;
• Storing customer details in our database in order to publish them through the WHOIS-database;
• Implementing measures to improve our service;
• Providing information or offers.
Article 3: Minors
Yourholding B.V. does not intend to collect information regarding persons younger than 18 years old. We also do not offer services to minors. We recommend parents to involve themselves in the online activities of their children, to prevent information about these children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information of a minor without parental consent, please contact us so we can delete this information.
Article 4: Security

This technique offers the highest level of security and is also used in online banking because of this. All methods of payment we offer are extensively secured following this standard. When you end your services with us we retain some information based on the legal retention period. We delete information which is no longer needed. After the legal retention period we delete all your data.You are entitled to view the data we have regarding yourself after you cancelled your services with us. You can always ask our customer service for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. To be sure the request is made by you, we will ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. To protect your privacy, we ask you to make your picture and BSN (social security number) invisible by coloring these black. Yourholding B.V. will respond as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks to your request.
Article 8: Sharing information with third parties
Yourholding B.V. will only share your personal information with third parties if this is absolutely necessary for us to execute our agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Article 9: Phone calls
Phone calls are recorded and stored to improve the quality of our customer service. The recordings are only used for coaching, only the coaches and the employee you had the conversation with have access to the recording. We retain the recordings for a period of 6 months.
